By accessing and using the website you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between AA Hovercraft and yourself. We reserve the right to make any changes at any time to these terms and conditions by changing them on our website.

 

This agreement and any documents incorporated by reference herein constitute the entire agreement and understanding between AA Hovercraft and you regarding the access and the use of our website.

AA Hovercraft shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website.

These terms and conditions apply to vouchers sold by AA Hovercraft. By placing your order, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make any changes at any time to these terms and conditions by changing them on our website.

You will be required to register your personal details to make an order. Your personal details will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can read our Privacy Policy below.

 

Orders
When you place an order online, you will have the opportunity to check the details of your order, correct any errors before placing the order. You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. When you place an order offline you will be sent an email or letter acknowledging your order. In either case when you place your order you are making an offer to buy. The confirmation of receipt or acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order. Once payment has cleared and your offer has been accepted you will be contacted by us via e-mail or letter confirming the details of your order. At this time a legally binding contract will be formed and your voucher will be sent to you in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Price and Availability

Prices, special offers and availability information are subject to change without notice. However you will be advised of any changes to price prior to order.

Payments are available online through Pay Pal – you do not have to have a paypal account in order to pay in this way. Alternatively you can pay by cheque made payable to AA Hovercraft and sent to Protea House, Bishop Norton, Lincolnshire LN8 2BH

Delivery
Vouchers are delivered by Royal Mail within 3-4 working days, every effort will be made to deliver the vouchers as soon as possible after your payment has cleared. AA Hovercraft will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in a postal delivery. If the voucher is not received and you believe it may have been lost in the post, please contact us as soon as possible. We can then send you a replacement duplicate voucher. The original voucher number will then be cancelled and cannot be used by another party.

Unless dates are booked at time of order you must contact us in order to arrange your experience session. All vouchers are referenced in line with your original payment and have a unique reference number. You must have this reference number in order to complete your booking. Sessions are subject to availability and peak periods such as holidays and weekends are very popular and may not be available, if you require any specific dates we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.

Administration charges will be applied to any changes to booked dates at a cost of 15% of the voucher value if made within the 48 hours prior to the booked date. Any changes made at less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 25% of the voucher value.

Vouchers
We take no responsibility for any loss or misuse after the voucher has been delivered. No refunds shall be made unless stated in these terms and conditions. A voucher is valid for a period of 6 months unless otherwise stated on the voucher. Activities must be booked by the expiry date of the voucher but they do not have to be taken by that date. Vouchers will clearly state the reference number and expiry date and are non transferable.

The duration of our experience sessions are approximate times only. They provide guidelines as to expected duration and may subject to change.

We use various locations and in the event of a change to venue that is out of our control we will provide a suitable alternative.

It is your responsibility to decide whether the experience is suitable for the intended recipient in respect to age, size, health. AA Hovercraft take no responsibility for sessions that prove to be not suitable and no refunds will be given if this is found to be the case.

AA Hovercraft will not proceed with any sessions should the participant turn out to be unfit to participate on health reasons, pregnant, or suspected to be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs. No refunds will be given if this is found to be the case.

Liability
AA hovercraft shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach or such negligence which was not reasonably foreseeable at the date of this agreement, except in respect of death or personal injury caused the negligence of AA Hovercraft. AA Hovercraft’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or vouchers shall not exceed the price of the voucher supplied.

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return any vouchers within 7 days of purchase and a refund will be paid as long as a booking date has not been made.

All refunds will incur an administration charge of 15% of the price of the voucher. No refunds shall be applicable if less than 24 hours notice of booking date given.

Unused vouchers must be returned to AA Hovercraft, Protea House, Bishop Norton, Lincolnshire LN8 2BH. We do not accept any responsibility for any vouchers that go missing in the post and recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Refunds will be made only to the person who placed the original order and will be within a 30 day period.

In the event of mechanical or weather issues that result in the experience session not being able to proceed, AA Hovercraft take no responsibility for any expenses incurred due to cancellation. We reserve the right to amend bookings at short notice should this occur. We will endeavour to re-book sessions with the participants, however, in the event that bookings cannot be rescheduled after every effort on our part then no refunds will be made.

AA Hovercraft have full Public Liability Insurance up to a value of £2 million.

As with all outdoor leisure activities there is an element of risk involved and we ask that you sign a disclaimer on the day of your session with regards to safety procedures and conduct.
