It's been a fabulous start to the year with articles in the
Lincolnshire Echo, filming for the BBC and ITV and a mountain of emails to get through on both the sales and rental opportunities.

Our thanks go out to all involved and to Michelle Coulson of Scunthorpe in particular who got roped in to the filming process following a shopping day in Lincoln.
She later emailed "Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you very much for letting me have a go on your hovercraft earlier today, (was filmed for Look North). I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and thought it was fantastic".
